You may be wondering, "Golly gosh gee by jingo, G-Man, how's this newfangled Internet radio doohickey work?" Well, to be honest, since we're running through iTunes, I don't know either.
I do know how the original thing works, though. Simply log on to http://www.radiolaspositas.com, then click on the huge logo, and the show shall begin!
I have been scheduled to a 3-4 PM Monday slot. Disappointing, given I was pushing for 1-4 PM Wednesday. But I suppose that's just the way the wall crumbles. Sorry, Boss; guess my show won't have as epic a return as I planned. Oh well; room for negotiations.
Of course, now that I have a proper show, I'll have to explain the format to people. It's pretty simple:
Top of the hour: Block of songs.
Quarter past: "Press Start!" A 15-minute or more segment where I begin playing a video game on air, explaining and riffing on it as necessary. Followed by a block of songs until a quarter past.
Quarter till: "News Update!" I stop the songs and recite a pice of interesting news.
Top of the hour: SHOW OVAH!
