10-6:

So, what's in Our show today, you ask? An excellent question, given that We sometimes have trouble keeping track of these things Ourselves.

We opened with a block of The White Stripes, specifically:
  • Death Letter
  • The Hardest Button to Button
  • Fell in Love With a Girl
  • Icky Thump
Those songs complete, We moved right into our "PRESS START!" segment with Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!! (The game's punctuation, not Ours), detailing boxer Little Mac's escapades through the Minor and Major circuits of the W.V.B.A. The fights were long and hard, but in the end, Mac triumphed over all obstacles and hardships, like some real-life Rocky Balboa! Such are the tales of triumph. Oh, it brings a tear to Our eye...

Moving on, We launched into a set of Instrumental, non-lyrical songs. These included:
  • "YYZ" by Rush
  • "Radiator" by Paul Gilbert
  • "Green Hornet" by Al Hirt
By then, it was unfortunately the end of Our show. Things were a bit messy today, since We were operating this show almost entirely through an independent computer, not the standard CD player. Oh well...can't win them all. Pity. T'was still a great show, though. And one of the better rounds of "PRESS START" we've had in the program. Very nice.
